A short time ago I started losing weight, without trying. Funny how you can try and not be successful but then it just happens.

This past Tuesday at 1 am I had to go to the ER for extreme abdominal pain. This turned out to be a blessing from the Lord. As they did testing and a CT to determine the cause of the pain they discovered a huge mass on my right kidney. Today I was diagnosed with malignant renal cancer. This particular type of cancer does not respond to chemo or radiation, so my only option is to remove the kidney before it spreads elsewhere. Please keep me and Susan in your prayers. Not sure we'll get to a game this year after all, but we'll try. Thank you and love you all.
